A new large-scale residential project

The main materials are white fibre‑cement, wood‑effect Europanel and dark grey 2 mm aluminium cladding, with a total façade area of about 7,000 m².
The architecture is based on light white volumes with warm timber accents at the lower levels and dark inserts that emphasise openings and balcony blocks. The key objectives of the project are to ensure high installation quality, precise logistics of material deliveries to the site, and completion of the works within tight deadlines without compromising the aesthetics and durability of the façade system.
